Overview#
A one-act play, written with my friend Ed Gehrman, and with a nod to Arthur Young, being produced as an AI-generated film — theatrical staging, not cinema. Play One of a series called The Messengers.
What It Is#
Benjamin Franklin, a garden at midnight, and something that finds him there. Ed dictates, I transcribe and shape, and together we’re building a full production: script, staging, character design, and AI-generated video — rendered in a deliberately theatrical register of painted flats and stage lighting rather than photorealism.

Follow Along#
Production is ongoing and the day-to-day — render tests, voice casting, shots that don’t survive contact with the tools — gets logged as it happens.
